The Fibred Group is firmly committed to the quality of the ingredients we manufacture. We have developed and maintain close relationships with established organizations within the baking and food industries. We have earned current certification from the American Institute of Baking, as well as Kosher Certification from KOF-K Kosher Supervision. Our plant staff adheres strictly to GMP (Good Manuracturing Practices). Working within the recommendations of the AIB, we have developed a HACCP Program that ensures quality, safety, and sanitation throughout the production process. From raw material delivery, through production, packaging, and shipping, we maintain the highest commitment to deliver consistent, reliable, and safe food ingredients to our customers at home and abroad.
